We customize our financial packages based on accrual or cash basis reporting as directed by our clients, including income statements, balance sheets, general ledgers, security deposit ledgers, aged delinquencies, and accounts payables, among many other things. We work with many banking entities and sweep the accounts monthly, quarterly, or annually, as ownership requires. Our team is proficient in Yardi, Kardin, MRI and Excel. We believe our most important goal is to collect receivables for our client following strict lease default guidelines to ensure outstanding debts are swiftly addressed.
