Our team conducts thorough market-research and is fully versed in market rates for leasing and operating expenses.
Our full-service company offers a personalized boutique feel with the organization of a departmentalized structure. Not only are we fully staffed with a property management and accounting team, we have in-house services such as facilities maintenance, engineering, roofing, and construction design & build.


Leasing
BAB Commercial offers in-house leasing as part of a full-service package for all of our clients. We are licensed with the California Department of Real Estate and are fluent in market rates for all product types within the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
In a constantly evolving local market, we ensure our clients are getting the best per square foot cost for their asset. Whether you are negotiating a long-term hold or short-term hold, we seek the best rate of return for your portfolio needs. We have a deep bench of seasoned outside brokers familiar with our team and have successfully run several broker promotions to increase occupancy.
Accounting
Our accounting staff consists of veterans familiar with real estate and construction reporting requirements. We customize our financial packages based on accrual or cash basis reporting as directed by our clients, including income statements, balance sheets, general ledgers, security deposit ledgers, aged delinquencies, and accounts payables, among many other things. We work with many banking entities and sweep the accounts monthly, quarterly, or annually, as ownership requires. Our team is proficient in Yardi, Kardin, MRI and Excel. We believe our most important goal is to collect receivables for our client following strict lease default guidelines to ensure outstanding debts are swiftly addressed.
